Cleveland Plain Dealer: Just Born, Inc. has filed suit filed in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis against Recycled Paper Greetings (owned by American Greetings Corp. of Brooklyn) for trademark infringement, false advertising, counterfeiting and deception for RPG's cards featuring likenesses of PEEPS® chicks.
After this is straightened out, Just Born should license Hallmark or some other trustworthy company to feature PEEPS® in greeting cards, and not just for Easter. I'd like to send PEEPS birthday cards all year long.
Weren't PEEPS greeting cards supposed to have been licensed for last Easter anyway? I never saw them. Did you?
